Tags
Tags let you categorize and organize contacts with custom labels and colors. Use tags to segment contacts for follow-up, marketing campaigns, or team workflows.
Managing Tags
Navigate to the Tags page to create and manage your tag library:
- Create tags — Give each tag a name and optional color.
- Edit tags — Rename or change the color of existing tags.
- Delete tags — Remove tags that are no longer needed.
Applying Tags to Contacts
Tags can be applied to contacts during creation or by editing an existing contact. Multiple tags can be applied to a single contact. Use the contact list filters to find all contacts with a specific tag.

Priority Leads
Tag high-priority contacts for immediate follow-up.
Product Interest
Categorize contacts by the products they're interested in.
Region
Group contacts by geographic region or market.
Follow-up Status
Track which contacts need a follow-up call or email.
