    Create your first event — Go to Events and create an event for the exhibition or trade show you're attending.

    Add contacts — Upload business cards in the Contacts page using Guided mode or Batch upload. AI will extract the details automatically.

    Set up Telegram (optional) — Connect a Telegram bot so your team can scan cards on the go, straight from their phones.

    Review & export — Review AI-extracted contacts, resolve duplicates, and export your data for marketing or follow-up.

Multi-Tenant Workspaces

Each organization has its own isolated workspace. All CRM data (contacts, companies, events, etc.) is scoped to your organization. Team members can collaborate within the same workspace with role-based access (Owner, Admin, Member).

AI-Powered Extraction

Upload business card images or PDFs and our AI engine extracts contact information automatically — names, emails, phone numbers, companies, job titles, and more. Each extraction consumes 1 credit.

Verification & Duplicate Detection

Every AI-extracted contact enters a verification workflow. CommuLand automatically detects potential duplicates by email, phone, or name and flags them for review. You can merge duplicates with a single click.
