Events
Events represent exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, or any occasion where you collect contacts. Link contacts to events to track where and when you met them.
Creating Events
Create events from the Events page or during the contact creation flow:
Name
Event name (e.g., "CES 2026", "Canton Fair Spring").
Description
Optional notes about the event.
Start Date
When the event begins.
End Date
When the event ends.
Linking Contacts to Events
Events can be linked to contacts in multiple ways:
- Guided Upload — Select an event during the contact creation flow.
- Batch Upload — Choose an event that applies to all uploaded contacts.
- Telegram Bot — Select an event when scanning business cards via Telegram.
- Manual Edit — Edit a contact and change the linked event.
Event Detail Page
Each event has a detail page showing all contacts linked to it. This gives you a complete view of everyone you met at a specific exhibition or meeting. You can filter, search, and manage contacts directly from the event view.
