Activities provide a timeline of interactions with your contacts — notes, emails, uploads, and system events. Every action in CommuLand is tracked as an activity.

Activity Types

Note

Manual notes added to a contact. Also created automatically when AI extraction completes or a contact is created via Telegram.

U

Upload

Created when a business card or document is uploaded via batch upload or Telegram fast mode.

E

Email

Created when an inbound email is received and linked to a contact via the email integration.

Activity Fields

Subject

Short summary of the activity.

Body

Detailed description or content.

Contact

The contact this activity is linked to.

Date

When the activity occurred.

Automatic Activity Logging

CommuLand automatically creates activities for key events:

  • When a contact is created (any method)
  • When AI extraction completes
  • When a business card is uploaded via Telegram
  • When an inbound email is received
  • When contacts or companies are merged
